The Problem
This bathroom was stuck in the 90’s needed to be refreshed and updated. The Home owner had a small budget to work from and felt they were limited in what they could do in the space without doing a full gutting job.

The Solution
We discussed a color plat which complemented and suited the existing tile which was neutral in color and in good condition.  Not changing out tile provided a huge cost savings to the project.  The shower door was changed out to an updated new one with new hardware. The existing shower insert was kept as it could last for another few years.  The whole space was painted in an off-white which suited the tile not contrasting it as a plain white would have by make the tile look grey. New cabinetry were purchased knocked down and were a bargain at 50% of the retail price. A brown trim was added to the top to the tile to tie down the color of the new cabinetry in the space. Fresh new towels and wall art were added giving the space a spa like feeling. The whole project took the home owner  3 week-ends to complete and came in well under the $3000 budget  which included, cabinets, paint,  fixtures, shower door and decor accessories. A full Bathroom renovation can cost in excesses of $10,000.
