I have been an ardent believer in home staging since my last move when I saw how home staging helped sell our executive home when others were not selling during the 2007 market.
De-cluttering and cleaning up, painting and simplifying, plus some minor construction or repairs over several days was a small price to pay when the result was magnificent MLS pictures and a sale during a stagnant market. This was bought home once again when recently, after only five hours, four Canadian Home Staging Professionals transformed five different areas in my Senneville home: the front entrance way, the living room/ family room, dining room, kitchen and guest bedroom and made it look attractive enough to be on a magazine cover.... or at least on this web page!

When a home is staged to sell, the buyer does not need to be distracted by a lot of personal property, knickknacks and such. They need to see the space, the architecture, the floors and the views that the particular home has to offer to their buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend these Home Staging Professionals to anyone. They were able to use items that I had at home and reposition them strategically and we were able to work cooperatively and capably together to reach our goals. The result, if we did not already own it, I’d be buying this home all over again! Can’t wait to use you again in the future!
