We evaluate your home’s curb appeal, room layout and flow, overall organization and make the needed recommendations. We than provide you with a detailed report which will guide you to make the necessary changes on your own.
Of course, if you feel overwhelmed at the notion of performing the tasks on your own Monarch Home Staging® has additional services available to assist with such projects freeing up your time to focus on other aspects in your life.
The Partnership Staging Plan
Working together with the client, Monarch Home Staging® provides a detailed design plan listing specific guidelines such as organizing and removal of clutter making suggestions and recommendations which you can follow to address any repairs and /or cosmetic improvements which the property may require. This service includes Color and Lighting consultations.
Monarch Home Staging®, will than undertake showcasing the property using existing furniture and accessories to transform the home to appeal to buyer’s eye addressing proper furniture placement and flow. Once the home is staged, professional photographs will be taken for MLS use. These services can be customized based upon the client’s needs to include rentals and de-staging.
The Vacant Property Plan
Monarch Home Staging® will create a detailed design plan to fully stage the home or staging key rooms such as the dining room, living room and master bedroom based upon your needs and budget arranging for all necessary rental items that are critical to showcasing the home to meet with a buyer expectations. Once the home is staged, professional photographs will be taken for MLS use.
The Assignment Plan
Working with an established budget, Monarch Home Staging® will take on the role as your project manager; planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of your home staging project. We will work with specific guidelines and recommendations which you have agreed upon in order to address any repairs and /or cosmetic improvements which the property may require.
In addition, Monarch Home Staging® undertakes showcasing the property to transform the home to appeal to the buyer’s eye. Once the home is staged, professional photographs will be taken for MLS use.
